Our secretaries are extremely experienced. We adapt easily to every work environment. A large or small company, formal or informal. We feel easily at home. We are discreet and reliable.
Hosts and hostesses
A companies day out or a visit of your important customers? We supply you with the perfect hosts or hostesses. You tell us your wishes and we make sure that everything is carried out smouthly. For hosts and hostesses with a security funtion log onto: J&E Beveiliging.

Your support and shield, for example at an exhibition. It is annoying if your future clients walk past whilst you are speaking to another client. Get in contact with us and as a stand manager, we can oversee the people that show interest in the stand and direct them to your employees. We can also hand flyers out. It is helpful firstly to have a meeting to get to know you and your company, so that we present it in the most appropriate way.
Administrative employees
Our administrative workers are extremely experienced. You could not begin to imagine the possibilities of what we can do. In particular, with regards to debt control, we have a wide range of experience. Your badly paying customers will be in good hands with us. Also the filling in of information and whatever other administrative duties that are necessary are possible. We do not worry, for example about having to sort out an archive.
Reception

Our telefonists are just as presentable as our receptionists. They speak exceptional dutch and english and are extremely friendly. We do not allow ourselves to become perturbed over a difficult telephone call, on the contrary, we always remain professional and friendly.

As a jack of all trades we try to everything that we possibly can to fulfill your requests. We work quickly and accurately. You will not hear us saying, "i cannot do that" or, " i will not do that". If we cannot personally fulfill your request, we will strive to find a solution.
